By using CheapBannerz.biz, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
   
• You will provide accurate information when placing an order.
   
• You will comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to printing and content submissions.
   

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We specialize in:

• 13 oz vinyl banners
   
• 8.8 oz polyester fabric banners
   

Colors, print quality, and material appearance may vary slightly due to:

• Screen differences
   
• Lighting
   
• Printing technology
   
• Material texture
   

These variations are normal in the printing industry and are not considered defects.

By uploading artwork, you agree that:

• You own the rights or have permission to use the design.
   
• The artwork does not infringe on copyrighted material.
   
• The artwork does not contain illegal, hateful, or harmful content.
   

We are not responsible for:

• Pixelation due to low-resolution files
   
• Spelling or layout errors in customer-provided artwork
   
• Color variations between digital screens and printed materials
   

We will print exactly what you upload, unless you purchase design services.

If you request a digital proof:

• Production will not begin until the proof is approved.
   
• Delays in approval will delay production turnaround and shipping.
   

If you decline a proof:

• You accept full responsibility for the final print outcome.
   

Our standard production turnaround is:

• 1 business day printing after artwork approval and payment.
   

Turnaround does not include:

• Weekends
   
• Holidays
   
• Shipping time
   
• Delays caused by incorrect files, missing info, or late approval
   

Rush upgrades or overnight shipping may be available but are not guaranteed.

We ship to the continental United States using multiple carriers.

Typical shipping timelines:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
   
• Expedited/Overnight: Available at checkout when offered
   

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
   
• Lost, damaged, or stolen packages
   
• Incorrect addresses provided by customer
   

All claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made with the shipping carrier.

Because all banners are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

• Wrong size ordered
   
• Wrong design or misspellings in uploaded artwork
   
• Customer dissatisfaction with color variation
   
• Delivery delays caused by carriers
   

We may offer a reprint or partial refund if:

• The product arrives damaged
   
• The print quality is severely defective
   
• The wrong item was shipped
   

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Orders may be canceled only before:

• Artwork approval
   
• OR production has begun
   

Once printing starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing errors
   
• Refuse fraudulent orders
   
• Update rates, promotions, or shipping fees at any time
   

CheapBannerz.biz is not liable for:

• Loss of profits or business
   
• Delays caused by weather, carriers, or system outages
   
• Emotional distress or indirect damages
   
• Any damages exceeding the cost of the order itself
   

Your sole remedy for any issue is a reprint or refund at our discretion.

All website content including text, images, descriptions, logos, and layouts is owned by CheapBannerz.biz and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We collect basic information (name, email, address) strictly for order fulfillment.
We do not sell customer data to third parties.
